  • 9×12 metal or glass pan (well greased)
  • Large Bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Put into a large bowl.
  • Dice onion. 
  • Dice Beasley's Smokehouse Sausage.
  • Combine all together: the potatoes, onion, and sausage. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a well-greased baking dish.
  • Scatter cream of mushroom on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 60 to 75 minutes, till golden brown on top, I even like mine just a little bit crispy.
  • Serve with a pan of cornbread, or biscuits.
