Ingredients
- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- 1 large can cream of mushroom
- 1 onion
- 12 oz pkg. of your Beasley's Smokehouse Sausage
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Put into a large bowl.
- Dice onion.Â
- Dice Beasley's Smokehouse Sausage.
- Combine all together: the potatoes, onion, and sausage. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a well-greased baking dish.
- Scatter cream of mushroom on top.
- Bake uncovered for 60 to 75 minutes, till golden brown on top, I even like mine just a little bit crispy.
- Serve with a pan of cornbread, or biscuits.
